Some lady donated an entire wardrobe full of beaded silk dresses to the Salvation Army, I bought a magenta dress and red and yellow jacket. Jen got a silver dress with spaceships in it.

they're having a huge sale, so i got a 6 pack of martini glasses ($8.99, hellz yes) knives in a wooden block, a silverware drawer organizer, a shoe hanger for my newly roommate-less closet, and a new trashcan! For less than $25. <3 Ikea.

The Barnes and Noble by my house is closing, seeing the shelves empty was very sad. Books are sort of special so their absence is jarring.

On the other hand, everything was 50% off and I had a gift certificate! I got 3 books on astrology, one on reducing clutter and another on art history all for $20.
